Sydney is farking HOT. The past 5 days have been absolutely sweltering. Not a bad start to spring! It's going to be a long, hot summer by the looks of it.
I blame global warming. Sunday at the beach the water was freezing cold. Must be all of those melting Antarctic icebergs..
In motorcycle related news I ran from the cops today :-)
I was blasting through gridlocked traffic in the city and straight past a guy on a Yamaha r6. I had a chuckle to myself, he followed me but I lost him. At least for a few blocks.
On William st where there are bicycle lanes (which everyone uses) he flew past me, having about 7 times the horse power. Unfortunately for us, we were so caught up in the little race we went straight past a cop car sitting in the traffic, which turned on its siren immediately as we passed, but couldn't do anything as there were people all over the sidewalk.
If I wasn't going fast before, I was after that!
I don't think they got my plate :-)
