Well, I'm down in Mexico for Christmas with the family. I rode the Hyosung down, staying at the Australasia hotel. It was a long ride:

... but not as bad as the first long ride I did way back when. Actually, looking back on it, I was shit scared at that stage!
First day: left Sydney 7am, arrived Eden 6pm. Second day roughly the same times. My legs and arse were pretty sore by the end of it, and I've got major stiff muscles in my shoulders. But this trip was time to man up, and there's no major problem.
I have to tell you about an awesome stretch of road that was a bunch of fun to ride, really made the second day worth it:

I'm really in pain about how slow my bike is. It's ok for twisties, but 35 horses just aren't enough. Cars, mate. Those jokers just cannot go around corners anywhere near as fast as me, but straights and hills are where I have the problem. It's so frustrating!
