I bought one of these babys last week. It's so nice, I recommend it if you do a lot of typing and have the habit of banging your keys harder than you need to.
My RSI has been worse than usual lately, which has prompted a re-think of the HID devices I use. I'm pretty sure that I can reduce the pain and still work the hours I do just by putting more thought into the kinds of mice and keyboards I use. Time will tell.
